Let's mix it up! This Mixed Level Pottery Wheel Class is open to students ready for Level 1A OR 1B. Focus on YOUR projects, give special attention to skills you need help with, and get increased instructor interactions.

For any pottery who's comfortable centering and looking to grow. We'll talk safe body postures for smaller bodies so regularly centering 1/2 the bag becomes easy. And get bigger from there! A hands-on class for makers ready to move beyond the basics and dive into creating a cohesive, functional set. We’ll design & build a complete set—teapot, teacups, and matching saucers—while exploring form, proportion, and detail work.
Perfect for students with some experience who want to refine their skills and challenge themselves with lids, spouts, handles, and consistency. We’ll explore ergonomics, pouring, balance, & how to make pieces that feel as good to use as they look!

For potters with experience interested in starting their dinnerware journey. Continue your education with this 3 week wheel throwing class where we’ll work on plates, bowls & cups. You will focus on building a unified set, with the skills you need to produce similar likeness through duplication.
Students will also receive a glaze day pass to come decorate their finished pieces.

The sun is out in rainy PDX, let’s make some art outside! Draw Crawl is a way to take advantage of the nice weather and explore the town via your sketchbook. Meet up, walk to a few vibey / visually interesting locations and draw what you see! In this three hour workshop we will learn linocut printmaking skills as we design and carve a rubber block, and use it to hand print a design onto two 100% cotton dishtowels. Learn the process of linocut block printmaking from start to finish and create your own edition of Halloween-themed prints! In this edition of Printmaking 101 we’ll take inspiration from all things Halloween, with a special nod to the kitschy vintage Halloween aesthetics of the 50s and 60s. Think grinning black cats, plastic blow mold pumpkins, and Over the Garden Wall. We will walk through the process of creating a design, carving it out, and printing by hand.
